Bartosz Berliński
Partner & Analytics Director
Bartosz is a co-owner of MaxROY.com. He is a specialist in SEM with emphasis on SEO. Bartosz is responsible for the development of our company in the field of Web Analytics, that is: planning and execution of ad campaigns, efficiency analysis, optimization marketing actions and long tail SEO for Polish biggest companies. He is also a co-author of researches and publications in the field of SEM/Web Analytics. He is interested in psychology of search engines users’ behaviour. Bartosz has obtained Google Advertising Professional certificate and Google Analytics Individual Qualification.

Tomasz Frontczak
Partner & PPC Director
Tomasz is responsible for the development of the company in the field of PPC actions. He is a co-owner of the MaxROY.com company and an author of the bestseller: “Internet Marketing in Search Engines”, the first book comprehensively discussing promotion problems in search engines in the Polish market. He works with the Institute of Management Engineering at Poznan University of Technology with a group working on researching into agile enterprise and the theory of opportunities. He has got Google Advertising Professional certificate since 2006.

Cezary Lech
Partner & SEO Director
He is a co-owner of the MaxROY.com company. He cares for the company’s development in the field of SEO, putting new search marketing conceptions into practise. He is the author of many articles and presentations on SEO, long tail SEO, as well as other search engine aspects. Cezary Lech has also got Google Advertising Professional certificate, which confirms his knowledge of Google AdWords program.

Mikołaj Adamczak
Senior PPC Manager
As an experienced specialist, Mikołaj is responsible for Google AdWords ad campaigns and organising the trainings conducted by MaxROY.com. He has got Google AdWords Qualified Individual certificate. He has a unique attitude to problems of Internet and e-business.

Jakub Lech
Senior Programmer
Jakub is responsible for programming and the development of SEO tools as well as applications supporting PPC.

Marcin Maciejewski
Web Developer
Marcin is a websites programmer and an interface developer for the Internet tools, applications and web services supporting SEO and PPC. He is an administrator of virtual accounts and dedicated servers. He supervises users’ accounts and backups. He is a master in legible interface developing.

Paweł Chwalibóg
Junior SEM Consultant
Paweł produces audits concerning SEO and conducts Google AdWords ad campaigns. Being the administrator, he manages the MaxROY.com’s forum. Anything he does in his job, he does it with passion.

Rafał Kowalewski
SEM Copywriter
Rafał is an author of texts in the websites and slogans in Google Adwards ad campaigns. He edits posts on the company’s blog and the websites. Rafał is “a humanist caught in the net”.

Radosław Kmita

Radosław produces SEO audits, carries out keyword research and market analysis for orders.
He works hard and tries to hone his skills. ( Currently, he studies Affilate Marketing in distant India )

Piotr is a programmer, an author of websites and applications in the field of SEO and PPC. He works with Copywriter on graphic designing of websites.

Catering Purveyor
A man whose name we have not known yet - that is why we use his nickname - “Rysiek”. He comes to us to bring us lunch daily at 2 pm. He only says “hello” and leaves, not letting us to know him any closer. We identify him with hurry and good taste. Without him we would surely not be so successful in our work.
